LOSTGEN ships worldwide.

We will inform you about the receipt of your order by email within 15 minutes of sending the order. We will pack the ordered goods for you and send them immediately after receiving the order. When sending, we will inform you about the dispatch of the goods by email, in which we will state the exact amount for the goods, including postage, the method of delivery and the shipment number. The shipment usually arrives to you within 1-3 working days.

International shipping rates are based on weight.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

Prices and delivery methods

You can have your order delivered anywhere in the world.  In the event of an agreement, you can make an agreement with @patulinoo on Instagram, where there will be no problem in the vicinity of Šumperk for personal delivery or testing.

PAYMENT:

You can pay for your order online using the payment gateway. We do not collect cash on delivery due to non-collection of orders.

You pay for the order with a credit card.
The driver of the transport company will contact you by phone on the day of delivery to arrange the handover details and give you an approximate time of delivery.
