We do not do exchanges, but you can return the unworn item within 30 days, we will refund you and you can reorder another size/colour/product if it is available.
HOW DO I PROCEED WITH A RETURN?
Return procedure within 30 days:
1) Pack unused merchandise with a copy of your invoice (or write your name and order number on the paper) carefully to prevent damage to the merchandise or contents during shipping. Wrapping foil, paper, plastic bag or a larger box is best for this purpose.
2) Send the packed goods to our office at Patrik John, Sobotín 239, 788 16.
3) In no case send the goods by cash on delivery. (We recommend sending the goods by registered mail and insuring the price of the goods).
4) Fill in the form below and send it to us by email together with the package you are returning. Check your account number carefully.
We will refund the money to your account within 14 days of receiving the package.
